I Stand For Justice -   BRING FORTH THE RECORDS!!      In 1989 after Karl P Whitner’s death Marilyn Wright hired an attorney and compelled financial institution to bring forth records; and the Wayne County   Probate Court to bring forth Karl P Whitner’s last will in testament.  In 2003 Marilyn Wright Compelled Financial Institutions to Bring Forth Records. In 2011 Nisura Wright and Khalifah Whitner Hired Attorney David B Mammal to Subpoenas Financial Institutions for records. In 2011 Nisura Wright and Khalifah Whitner Wrote Financial Institutions asking them to comply with legal subpoenas and bring forth records n  2011 Nisura Wright and Khalifah Whitner wrote Financial Institutions regulatory agencies asking them to compel the Financial Institution to contend with legal subpoenas and bring forth records. In 2011 Nisura Wright was appointed by chief judge Milton L Mack at the Wayne County Probate Court to be personal representative over her mother Marilyn Wright’s estate.  In 2011 Nisura Wright wrote letters to  Financial Institutions  as the personal representative of the estates of Cleveland McClarkin and Marilyn Wright aka Marilyn McClarkin. After Nisura requested financial records for Marilyn Wright’s estate The Wayne County Probate Court chief judge Milton L Mack stripped her of her letters of appointment. In 2011 four months after Nisura Wright opened Cleveland McClarkin’s estates she  sent the (IRS)  her letters of authority, asking the (IRS) for  tax records for the estate of Cleveland McClarkin; shortly after The Wayne County Probate Court started to prematurely close down his estate. In 2011 for over one year Nisura Wright asked the (IRS) to bring forth her personal tax records and trust information, as well as the trust of her late mother Marilyn Wright, and Karl P Whitner as well as her late stepfather Cleveland McClarkin’s information.  In In 2012 Nisura Wright and Khalifah Whitner asked Civil Rights and Human Rights agencies to advocate on their behalf when regulatory agencies refuse to regulate the financial institutions. In 2012 Khalifah Whitner Compelled the Wayne County Probate Court to bring forth Her Minor Conservatorship records and set aside her mother’s and father’s trust. In 2012 Khalifah Whitner Filed a suit asking the United States government to uphold the constitution and compel the Financial Institutions to answer legal subpoenas and compel The State of Michigan Wayne County Probate Court to bring forth her minor conservatorship records, and her father’s last will in testament. In 2013 Khalifah Whitner filed a suit against the (IRS) for concealing her Father Karl P Whitner’s Trust, denying her the right to view it as a beneficiary and heir.  In 2013 Nisura Wright paid $350.00 to receive relief in the court of law, from the (IRS) and identity fraud. Nisura Wright asked the (IRS) for over a year to investigate her findings of Identity fraud and fraudulent death records; moreover to bring forth her personal tax information and the tax information of her late parents.  In 2013 after the (IRS) stalled for over a year Nisura Wright filed a complaint against the (IRS) in a court of law; intern the (IRS) tried to use her very case as a means to appear as if the (IRS) was prosecuting Nisura Wright.  In 2014 Nisura Wright and Khalifah Whitner filed a Human Rights Complaint asking for the investigation of the deaths of their parents and for all records to be brought forth.  Why Have It Taken over 25 Years for an Answer for a Simple Request That Is long over due ?  The State Of Michigan's Constitution, The United States Constitution, and International Human Rights Law is on their side and gives them  full rights, under the law ! IRS, THEY  HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW!         For over four years Khalifah Whitner and     Nisura Wright have request and filed complaints asking that The United States federal government to compel The Internal Revenue Service to comply with Federal law and turn over Khalifah Whitner and Nisura Wright’s personal tax information as well as their late parent’s tax information. The United States constitution gives its citizens the right to their personal wealth that cannot be denied.  Khalifah Whitner and Nisura Wright have a 14th amendment, right to their wealth. The United States Government agency (IRS)  have violated their Human Rights trying to illegally deny them information, of their own personal trust and tax information; moreover denying them information of the trusts of their late parents Marilyn Wright and Karl P Whitner. Instead of the (IRS) acting on their request, government employees decided to voice their personal feelings stating they would not turn over records; after searching and looking over Karl P Whitner’s trust they stated that Nisura Wright was not a beneficiary on Karl P Whitner’s trust.   The government’s agencies blatant disregard for the law is unacceptable. (IRS)  employees do not have the right to assert their personal feelings when there are (IRS) procedures and rules that must be followed. The (IRS) official statement of a procedure published in the Bulletin that either affects the rights or duties of taxpayers or other members of the public under the Internal Revenue Code and related statutes, treaties, and regulations or, although not necessarily affecting the rights and duties of the public, should be a matter of public knowledge? – Rev. Proc. 89-14, 1989-8 I.R.B. 20, laws that must be followed.  The (IRS) have a responsibility to regulate and prosecute those committing tax evasion, money laundering and fraud. Due to inside government corruption and theft, of well-known public officials; the (IRS) has been adamant concerning turning over their records, using desperate measures and unnecessary stall tactics. When Complaints were made by Khalifah Whitner and Nisura Wright the (IRS) followed up with poor excuses, not to bring fort records. The (IRS) stated Nisura Wright did not properly ask for tax records; Since Khalifah Whitner, have had a minor conservatorship openly registered at the Michigan Wayne County Probate Court, since the age of 13 and inherited from her father upon his death; the IRS could not use the false claim that she is not a beneficiary of Karl P Whitner’s trust, Therefore the IRS decided to completely ignore Khalifah Whitner’s Petitions and quickly dismiss her complaints without explanation. For the past four years not only have the the( IRS ) used stall tactics to delay bringing forth their personal records, but they have been completely disenfranchised and taken advantage of , for having lack of knowledge of their wealth; Individual companies who were recipients of their wealth through illegal investments, have participated in further marginalizing them . Several hotels have embezzled their wealth through fraud accounts; while following up making false statements and police reports, accusing them of running up accounts and refusing to pay their bills. After an investigation Nisura and Khalifah both discovered the state of Michigan created fraud death certificates and a fraud estate under their names as if they were dead. When this new found knowledge was brought before the (FBI) Federal bureau of Investigation; the (FBI) did nothing and refused to help them. Due to Nisura and Khalifah  not having access to their wealth and being illegal recorded as dead on record; this have caused them to be disenfranchised and in a state of poverty.  Nisura and Khalifah was born and raised in Islam and decided to reach out to the Islamic community for religious support, and advocacy. Islamic non-profit organizations have facilitated and aided American Muslims and immigrant communities with advocacy and financial aid in the United States for generations. When Nisura and Khalifah asked for help to aid them in advocacy and financial aid, mosques and non-profit agency refused to help them. Some of the Islamic Communities that refused to help stated they were directed by the government to not aid them, they were told that Nisura and Khalifah were crazy and frauds. The United States government has violated their human right which is the right of religion, culture, and a community. Moreover the mosque and the Islamic community were directed to make false police reports accusing them of theft, prostitution, child molestation, violence, and even murder; in hopes that the state and federal government would have a means to create criminal records and a means for a prosecution. Several mosques openly admitted to the false allegations, while others made excuses, not to help, so they would not come back to the mosque to later discover the false police reports and allegations made by the mosque and the Islamic community. Khalifah and Nisura could not understand why the mosque, Muslims and several Islamic Communities from state to state, would participate in such low immoral behavior that goes against their own religious beliefs. When Nisura and Khalifah began to research further they discovered that some Mosques and their Islamic communities have a motive and an invested interest to tell lies. Several mosques and their communities have benefited from charitable trust illegally created with Nisura and Khalifah’s wealth, as well as the wealth from their late parents’ trust. Billions have been funded to mosques and religious non-profit organizations. Those very funds have been used to fund the life styles of its members and board. Non-profit organizations have been created as a means to launder wealth and fund lavish lifestyles and daily expenses of large Islamic communities in the United States.
